Every plan handles audio two ways, and you choose per show. Storage only counts when you host the audio with us.
Tracked — $0 storage
Reference the show’s YouTube or an external URL. PodOps keeps the metadata, analytics, and operations while the media stays where it already is — so it uses none of your storage. This is the default.
Hosted — we serve your audio
We store your audio in the cloud and own the podcast RSS enclosure, so your feed publishes straight through to Apple Podcasts and Spotify. Hosted media counts toward your storage allotment.
Included storage — add a block when you need more.
Single includes 10 GB. Agency includes a 100 GB pool shared across every show. Add more any time in round blocks — a flat recurring price, not per-GB metering.
Reach your limit and we simply warn you and pause new uploads until you add a block — nothing is auto-charged, and your existing media keeps serving. Agency plans can bring their own storage bucket for unlimited hosting on their own cloud. - Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Once you’re set up you can move between editions at any time; changes take effect on your next cycle.

- Yes. The Agency plan ($45/mo) is built for teams and multi-account operators — unlimited podcasts, a shared 100 GB storage pool, AI included for 4 episodes a month (up to 3 guests each), client workspaces, and priority support.
- How does media hosting and storage work?
- Two ways, chosen per show. Tracked (the default) references your YouTube or an external URL and uses no storage. Hosted stores your audio with us and owns the RSS enclosure so your feed reaches Apple and Spotify. Single includes 10 GB; Agency includes a 100 GB pool shared across shows. Need more? Add a recurring block (10 GB +$5/mo, 25 GB +$10, 50 GB +$15, 100 GB +$20). At the limit we pause new uploads and warn you — nothing is auto-charged and existing media keeps serving. Agency can also bring its own storage bucket.

Need to feature more than 3 guests on an episode? Add prepaid guest credits — $1 each, and they never expire (blocks of 5 for $5, 10 for $10, 20 for $19, 50 for $45, 100 for $85).

- PodOps is billed monthly. The first 50 tenants lock in a founding price of $15/mo for life; once those 50 spots are gone the single-podcast plan moves to $20/mo. The Agency plan is $45/mo. During the invite-only beta we set your workspace up on request.
